my 1st time experienced a very noisy situation in a library, the kids shouting. the library mgt also do not conduct a strict enforcement of rules. Its difficult to focus or enjoy a quite environment here. and i tought the operation hour is 9am-6pm. unfortunately, its closed at 1pm
