I’m in family mart now and the place was s quiet and have food environment and also it provides seating so customers can wait for their orders and also can eat there.

I’m in family mart now and the place was s quiet and have food environment and also it provides seating so customers can wait for their orders and also can eat there.

Honestly the staff here has zero sense. I ordered 5 items, 4 not available, and instead of calling to check, she just processed 1 item worth RM4 with RM7 in fees. When I asked to cancel, she gave me bunch of excuses why she can’t do it. Totally brainless way to handle customers.
