Awesome staff, bunks were exactly like how the pictures are. Clean and neat place with good lounge and cute kitty. Would have given 5 stars if not for that rat that we saw running across the female dormitory....

Felt extremely uncomfortable. The place was dirty and the staff were rude. Was supposed to stay a week but left earlier. I recommend finding another hotel or hostel.
