Disappointed with OYO management! I booked family n gave us a twin bed room instead bcoz they gave it to someone else which suppose to check out didn't for walk in customer when I'm late check in around 1am. Fully paid n no refund back the difference! Window was opened n got mosquito inside the room! Aircon not working properly!
