It good and quite the bus come by the gate, near to wet market for fresh food and vetagles , it need more care about garbash area.

Very conformable plase for living in for a long term .. quit and clean .. only one have a pool near to the UTM university .. yet it location is not the best where there is no any kind of shops near by .. you have to get a car or pick every time you want something
