Dr Loh is very professional & patient with my mum. I really adore Ms Shiya (she's the girl handling front counter). Hope Pinnacle can hire more manpower, sometimes i can see that she's swarmed. She still maintained her composure and she's very friendly. What a gem!

Doctors are great. Unfortunately if you’re in pain I do not recommend you come here, as the receptionist will not extend any form of empathy and leave a comment in their system notes that you are “super impatient”.
