just bought FOUR pairs of JBs worth rm500, the staffs are very unfriendly & even made rude comments when i asked about size of certain shoes, suggesting that the shoes that i picked are not within my price range. very rude!!

hired so many staff for what? not even one acknowledging people coming in. if there is no/ no more task to do, only on chit chat among each other at the counter, at least do your customer service. i was the one giving a smile, walaweiii so …
