In 1 February 2026, I visited this clinic for a consultation. A female doctor who wore glasses was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional during the appointment. It felt as if she wanted to rush the patient out. I’d encourage everyone to ask which doctor is on duty before making an appointment.

The doctor is an absolute joke. He speaks like he has somewhere to go, doesn't explain what is your problem, doesn't examine your issue thoroughly and just hands you your medication. …

All my surrounding speaks about Dr Soo has been acting and speaking so fast like he's rushing to somewhere. I hope that doctor knows how to communicate patiently with patients since i brought my parents once to Dr Soo, and i'll never bring my old folks go again. Overall everything is ok.
