Authorised Lenovo service centre. Very good service. Jacky is very responsive. My Lenovo battery needed to be replaced. Jacky helped to place order for the battery. Took almost 2 weeks for battery to arrive. PC World staff replaced the battery and I got my laptop back in a few mins.

My laptop be more broken after service at this PC World. To their owner I forgive you. But make sure increase your customer service. Don't make your customer angry.
