Basically my stay here is ok. It’s pretty one of the good choices if you’re on your budget. Just that dont expect the aircond to be very cold in the daytime due to the weather in labuan. The bed had black stain. The small room i stayed is advised to be stayed for two people only. Three people would be too much for the room

Decent, no frills hotel. Was here for a few days on business. A food court next door, convenient for a quick bite when you feel peckish late at night. Rather quiet, that's good for me after a long day's work. Room is clean, air-conditioned. …
