Came to the counter to make a payment but no one staff come to payment. they were busy chatting and doing their own things. I understand it’s puasa, but it was only 5:30pm and still some time before buka puasa. The attitude was also quite unfriendly. FamilyMart should really look into the staff quality here.

The service was unfriendly. When I saw the oden was full of ingredients and wanted some, they told me it wasn't cooked yet, then turned around and went back to washing things. When I asked when it would be ready, they said 20 minutes, but didn't actually start cooking it at all.
