My room (D3-RM200) water heater not working. Toilet door cannot be close properly. Can u imagine if someone popping and you were in the room? The wall dirty. Ambience really awful. The lamp dim. Staff? So rude and unhelpful. I guess with high demand they don’t care about the guest. I had to leave in the middle of the night. 0 comfort.
