The room I stay is very new, perhaps it’s the same for the other rooms. Clean and well maintained. Only set back is No wifi but I have date plan so no big issue. Without wifi, the TV is not available. I stay here for golf at golf course nearby. Driving a car is important as the hotel is far from Butu Pahat town

Though the hotel is located about 8 Km from the town, there are plenty of restaurants around the area, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean room and quiet environment. Worth the money, even though no WiFi and TV.
