This office is inside the hospital, behind 7/11. I have found their staff very polite and accommodating with my reservation from Melaka to KLIA. The bus times are clearly indicated and as room was available, I was able to ride in an earlier bus. I can recommend this service.

We booked ticket at Melaka Sentral but asked us to wait at Courts Mammoth and then the bus got delayed. We were not told anything and no answer were picked up. Please don’t ever take this bus. Bad ever, not fair. Don’t know where to report …
