Disappointed of redeem my points at here, experienced long waiting just because of microwave machine failure. staff not aware of customer and just ask customer waiting end up give me foozen sausage. never come here again

Good job and I personally wanted to applaud to the hardworking staffs especially Ms Rani! My sister and I ordered a lot and there were so many customers in queue, but Ms Rani here managed to serve and completed the order in time! She works fast like in the game - Diner Dash! Love it! Keep up the good job!!

Expected a lot of Japanese stuffs but rather disappointed with the minimal choices available. Luckily got to buy some Calbee chips which is a must buy whenever on trips to Japan. But for those who like onigiri, can try theirs here. Taste not bad. Friendly staffs provide good service too
