Grow up , when you expand , expand according customer needs. Not expand as per your own customization. The queue is bloody long . Till to the second section from counter , but only 4 counters are open. No self check in kiosk also. So annoying !!!

I bought new baju raya for me and daughter. there are so many beautiful choices. I could say it's a shopping heaven for ladies. we had dinner at a thai restaurant on first floor. It was nice.

This is a huge mall with plenty of parking space. There is a small children's amusement park just beside the mall. There are quite a number of tenants in the mall. Lotus's hypermarket itself is very big and well stocked. The arrangement is quite similar to other Lotus's outlets.
