The staff accidentally charged my daughter during her visit as her Mykad number was wrong in the system as my dependant. But upon calling them, they immediately refund me and will proceed to make claim from my insurance company. Responsible staffs, keep up the good work!!

The clinic I usually go to has a 40 minutes wait so I decided to look for another clinic nearby. Great experience and service! The wait was short and I got out from the clinic less than 15 minutes later.
