Cheap .. clean & loacation is strategic. Took 10-15mnt to Pantai Gelora by walk .

The internal environment was full of smoking smell, even the rooms with non-smoking selection. The aircond was full of dust and many ants were crawling around the rooms... the shower heater was not functioning well, can only offer very warm water but no way near hot water. Terrible experience overall.
