Spacious, clean Deluxe Queen room with complete amenities. Service was excellent—staff helped with luggage and check‑in at 2pm was smooth. Breakfast buffet was decent with an egg station. Great value stay in Labuan!

Hotel location is good. Easy and short walk to everywhere. Down side no gym after so many years. Room size is big and spacious. Breakfast during RMCO is OK. Not much options compare to normal. Waiter will serve you the food.
