It's quite a new building. Rate reasonable.Unfortunately some area need improvement, balcony creepers not cleared. Balcony floor dusty. Floor and staircase steps were polished and waxed but slippery. Privacy ok. Cleanliness to up keep.Especially the entrance.

Cleaniless in the bathroom and common utilities in the kitchen, especially the fridge, needs attention and improvement. For the price you pay is value to what you get. Fair. Not far from main town shopping centres and other attractions.
