does not open on time ...when to the store at 9.30am it was closed than visited again at 2.00pm still closed. Wondering they are operating or not. Really troublesome. Thinking of shifting to other telco.

It is weird that this centre doesn't provide service to switch to prepaid. Plus the staff (chinese guy wearing specs with grey hair) is also rude. Doesn't apologize for the shortcomings and answer like he doesn't even bother about the customer trouble.
