I used to shopping my groceries here in the morning. Its parking convenient and the store has everything what i needed for my household requirement. The staff are warmth and helpful . Prices are affordable. I love to shop here.

Visited Lotus Kluang this morning. The service at the cashier was poor — one staff in a white shirt had no energy and spoke very coldly. In contrast, the staff at the vegetable section were much friendlier and more polite. Hope management can improve the service at the cashier.
