The reception counter staff was not friendly. He was smoking when entertaining us. It's third day of Hari Raya and we reached the hotel at 9pm for a walk-in check-in. The answer given was there're plenty of rooms but not cleaned. Definitely the housekeeping department is lousy. Not acceptable at all.
