Had a horrific phone encounter with an employer name VIKIE working in this firm. He was shouting over the phone asking why am I calling him and any communication must be dealt through my lawyer. I was just calling to rectify a small matter but was not even given a chance to talk. Communication skills = ZERO. RUDE.

Very bad service, email to enquirer some legal advice, totally being ignored and no response at all. I won’t recommend this legal firm.
