The receptionist was helpful and room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Amenities were more than expected. However the aircond not cold enough, and shower floor slippery and need more scrubbing. Hope can improve and hope can see you again soon

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel location is good.I will definitely stay the same hotel again when I visit Muar next time.

Nice staff service , before a day departures was received a warm msg from front desk being check when we check in by next day , so touching . Hotel new & clean , free parking . Good to stay
