The store layout became worse after the renovation, and the air-conditioning is weak. Only 3–4 counters are open, so the queue is always very long. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience.

Visited Lotus Jitra recently and the experience was quite frustrating. The aircond wasn’t cold at all, and despite many customers waiting, there were only five counters open. The queue was long, yet the staff didn’t seem to take any steps …

The lineup is OK, the same as other branches. Food court seems to be lack of space. But it is at the center of Jitra Town, convenient enough for daily shopping.
