Is budget hotel with very basic room facilities, is good for short terms traveler who are in transit. Value for money. Walking distance for food stall, mall and grocery shop. Situated in the middle of Kemaman town. Room smelly with previous guest who are smoke in the room. Bath tower is small and thin.
