Royale Vape

The staff showed no friendliness or initiative to help. They did not ask any questions to understand customer needs and only gave minimal responses when approached. This level of service is unacceptable. His unwelcoming expression created an uncomfortable atmosphere that discouraged customers from buying.

Great vape shop in town with a wide variety of flavors and devices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. Prices are reasonable and the shop is clean. Definitely recommended!

Sad to say this. This outlet is one of my fav place to purchase my vape needs since day 1. One staff looks like he didnt want to work anymore. Got treated badly. Had to purchase other place. Where are all the old joy and friendly staff there?
