The guesthouse is good. It has common areas where you can chill. The shower rooms are a bit small. The floor is wooden so you can hear footsteps. AC was not working. They offer free breakfast at their cafe - bread, coffe/tea. The hostel has a good location as it is walking distance to Jonker Street and the A Famosa.

OK for a quick stopover. The rooms are just like boxes. If you only need a bed to sleep, it's ok being here. But not for families or groups. They have communal washroom system. The location is approachable but nothing in terms of view or amenities. I was on my backpacking trip and thus it was fine to be in.

If you want to travel to Malacca and stay in a very good location and a low budget, go to Discovery hostel! We got private room for two and the room was pretty small but everything was quite a clean and a service was excellent. We had a …
