Good value for the price. The room is clean, aircond is cold, and everything works well. Location is also convenient with plenty of food and shops nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bed is ok and comfortable, heater is good, quite spacious however saw cockroach inside the room when I entered the room. Frequent stay in this hotel for close to a month, first time saw this. Hotel is cheap for a short stay. Nearby teagarden for quick breakfast, lunch and dinner.
