Very disappointed, they charge for towel RM120, each towel charge 40.00 , not recommended, stupid hotel .. no command sense to the receptionist,kalau siapa siapa pergi ini hotel pls check ur towel before use the towel , they give reason like stupid reason..

2 star hotel in the heart of Bukit Mertajam. Very good location. Counter staff are helpful. But sound proofing of the room is subpar, can hear footsteps and chatters clearly.
