Very dirty, light bulb in the hall way almost broken, the lift can suddenly stop at floor 7. In the apartment, I heard weird noises every night, such as people pulling chair, and footsteps. The vibes is very spooky.

Lack of security, dirty, doesnt feel safe at all. Theres a lot of students live here including me. A lot of them doesnt feel safe here, the parents are disappointed. The least you could do is clean it and hire a security guard.
