Too bad to choose SANI. Kuantan to TBS, wait from 4.30pm to 6.30pm with reason of bus repair and service!!!!!! Not recommended this bus.

NOT recommended. bought a ticket at 9.30 therefore i arrived at terminal pukul 9. but, 10 am baru bus sampai, no pre-notice or whatsoever. if you can’t be punctual then don’t even bother driving a bus?! don’t buy their tickets unless you want to waste your time.

So late. 930 am bus, but now dah ada dalam bas, 10.55pm pun bus still tak gerak lagi. It’s almost 11am. Teruk. By the way, give number phone and all info about penumpang, but if anything, tak contact pun. What’s the point untuk letak number phone then? Very disappointed and not recommended
