The staff were not friendly. When I bought clothes (03/01/2026), they didn’t provide a plastic bag. At the very least, they should have offered—like if customers want a plastic bag, charge RM2, etc. Not just show an unpleasant face and say there’s no plastic bag

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome with their judgmental expressions. Instead of feeling comfortable browsing, I felt judged the entire time. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
