Bad service I’ve had! Waiting to park in but the owner in front the car keep chatting with staff and guess what, the staff ask me to reverse my car for the front car to let him out but as I know there’s a way to go through the main road! So I decided to not wash my car there anymore

THEY LEFT MY CAR KEY TO OTHER CAR.. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT HERE IF THERE IS MIRACLE THAT CAR OWNER COME BACK TO RETURN MY CAR KEY.. THEY SAID THE CUSTOMER IS REGULAR HERE.. HOW SHOULD I TRUST THIS..?????
