Parking lot quite easy to find. 2 years ago the queue was illogical but now can have your favorite drinks without any fuss. The shop is clean and tidy, still maintain the look. Staffs are warm and friendly, helpful some more. Do not hesitate to buy if you got sudden craving!

Opened very recently, this place is packed! Do try the Creme Brulee. There are other casual drinks and coffee too if you fancy them. Be sure not to drink this too much/often... as my saying goes, a bubble tea a day, keeps the doctor in pay. :P

Good milk tea.. The drinks are not too sweet like some places.. Customer service are also very good..
