Gaya Centre Hotel

This is my first time checking-in with my family in the Gaya centre hotel. Overall it is quite good and the staff are friendly and nice. The room we stayed in was also clean and tidy, especially the toilet was very clean. So for breakfast, our families enjoyed it so much. Thanks a lot about the comfort that we experience.

At this price point - this is a gem for KK! Ok so the rooms aren't perfect (clean room with no carpets, comfy bed with fluffy pillows, clean but thin towels, bathroom clean with some bits in the grouting that needs scrubbing) - but value …

Staff was excellent. Bell boy doing great job. The only problem was the sound proof for the room was bad cause is a sliding windows. I’m staying in level 2. Hope it won’t have this problem on a higher floor. The room was big. Water pressure …
