Electricity cannot be checked during the inspection of the house as there is no proper connection. Instead of giving a proper solution for the defect, requesting us to look for another electrician is an absolutely irresponsible response and used as is where is basis clause as the reason for not rectifying the issue.

Extremely disappointed, I bought Camelia, just got VPed recently, but the said "make good condition" before handover promised by developer is totally BS, they just simply clean up the floorings/tiles and consider ready for VP, and left with …
