Quite surprise that only 1 person is commenting on the waiting time, appointment at 9, waiting 1 hour to send the car to the servicing bay, what is the point for appointment really can't understand. I think the management should review internal process and what is the disconnect here. Really frustrated with unnecessary waiting time.
