Quite fast service when I went during weekdays. However too many counter to charge for separate tickets, why not make a few counters in a row? It can be confusing to some or to people who is rushing to board the ferry/speedboat.

Trip to Pulau Kapas start from Around 8:00 AM. You can buy ticket from any stall in jetty, it will cost around RM25 for a return journey. But shopping is pretty expensive.
