Bought 2 packs of different kimchi this morning and both smells and tasted so bad which already gone bad. One tastes like very soft non crunchy and another tasted weird as well. Complained in email but no reply and no apologies. Not going back to CU anymore.

Staff would rather "serve" her boyfriend than to serve proper customers. After payment is made, gave wrong order and said closing up shop, ignored customer's request.

Buy this two. K-hot chicken(i dont remember its name) in picture shows they mixed the sauce with chicken but what I get only chicken with sauce topping. Three type chicken with rice (still not remember its name) asked them to reheat it but the chicken still cold.
