Very bad customer service... Worker's are lazy to handle customer....one of the staff very busy with cutting nail and no response for my question....if this issues continue like this...soon going to bankrup.....

I always come to this place whenever I look for fish, equipment, etc. The Chinese uncle there is very helpful when the staff is busy with other customers.

the arrogant lady at the counter is very rude. not appreciate customer, not smiling not asking not thankful. very grumpy and unfreindly. how you can aspect you ong will come to your business??? trust me your attitude will become ur business will falling soon. only the old uncle aprreciate the customer...
