Yesterday I went to this clinic. According to Google, it closes at 11pm, but when I arrived around 10:27, the staff at the counter said it was already closed. The staff was not welcoming, no smile, and a bit unfriendly. I hope the clinic can improve their customer service, because previously my experience here was much better.

Dr. was polite and attentive, thoroughly addressing my concerns with care. The visit was efficient, and the staff was okay. I felt heard and valued as a patient. I will definitely return for future appointments. Highly recommend this compassionate professional for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Clinic/google says it opens at 8am, but doctor not around even after that — and this isn’t the first time. Sometimes the lunch break also takes more than 2 hours. Really disappointing service for a clinic that’s supposed to serve the community. Hope things can improve.
