Every time I come to Emart, I never have a good experience.. there’s always something wrong. Today, I ordered the Chicken Mayo Cupbap, but it came without mayo. The staff didn’t inform me beforehand. When I asked, “Where’s the mayo?”, they just said, “It’s finished.” It should have been informed waaaaay before.

idk man, ordered at 8.41pm, dah 9.30pm order tak siap lagi, 9.40pm siap but theres still a missing order. paid rm80+ for a dry topokki, missing hotteok, boneless chicken in a big box but chicken dont even fill the space lol, my aloe drink …
