For RM39 per night, it's definitely worth staying. Quiet neighborhood and streets are wide and less vehicles moving around. Cool and serene surroundings. Like in an avenue ie big trees grow alongside roads and buildings.

Not clean and bathroom and toilet are not good condition... No hangers no place to put our bath materials. No towels, covers and blankets in my room and fan work with very noisy and dangerously...
