Unprofessional and dishonest. Sent battery for charging, turned out they didn't charge after I fixed back the battery to the vehicle and still couldn't start the vehicle. Called them back to ask their foreman to come over, which is less than 1 km away, they refused and slammed my call.

Young people but not very happy with my alignment & balancing done. The office staff doesn't know about pricing etc. so had to wait 15 mins for another staff to give me the price....other than that they are on the main road nearing HSB so that's a plus point
