The staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. Reason for lower rating for service - delays in getting the room ready. We arrived around 530pm and had to wait about 20 minutes. Check out process was easy & quick.

Stayed with my friend for 1 night. Hotel in the middle of city. Local food is tasty with quite a generous spread. Room is spacious and manage to get good sleep

Hotel is quite practical. Near chinatown which offers many food choices. I used it as a base to explore the islands (Kapas, Reydang) on day trips.I got a room with va nice vew on the River.
