This homestay is the best. Cheap price, many facilities, the toilet is very clean, fast tap water, has air conditioner/fan, the bed is comfy and has some extra pillows and blankets. Close to the main road, easy to get in and out to other places. Highly recommend.

Great rooms/homestay. Saw 2 types of homestay, house no 1 is with 2 rooms and a living room and dining area. House No 2 is just a big room with 2 queen size bed. Very comfy, clean and adequately furnished.
