Conveniently located to the attractions and shopping area. Very good WiFi connectivity in room. Excellent staff who give personalised attention to guest's needs. Special mention to Fitri for her service and Badawi for being most warm, welcoming and a good team player. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Keep it up maintaining the cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom. I am surprised it looks like new. Just nice for short stay, the room a bit small, door can't shut properly and I can see some coffee stains haven't been removed but overall it's a pleasant hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.
