Very spacious and nice room. Big window, not much of a view, but enough light. Only about a block from the river and about 10 minutes walk from the city centre plaza. Service was friendly and somewhat helpful. It was a very good price as well, so I'd recommend staying here.

Super stingy hotel, they charge rm5 for an extra pillow. When checking out, we asked for one bottle of mineral and were told to buy from the vending machine! Attitude of staff was rude! cleanliness of the room and bathroom is poor as well, …
